Aye Good Day Sir, you na bei chao chee ***
zouked last night with jie, ridz , wei fang and brenda. brenda was so funny after she got drunk. Rnb next time ok?
Ok, finally the IMF thingy starts liao. So all the ang mos come into our small little country and have all shits of meeting to make the world a better to live in. Seriously I don't know why the pussies are making a big fuss about it and I'm not gonna to comment it in this blog. But what i have to say is, screw your smiles can.
I began to find Singapore a strange place to live in and Singaporeans are getting more and more idiot as they grow up. They are also getting more and more ridiculous. For example, maybe the working class studied too hard during their uni lives until their brain cells are all dead in which they cannot understand simple
courtesy such as move inside of the bus or let the people in front of you board the bus first. No wonder we flunk our courtesy. Thank you you morons. The boss will not kill you if you are late, they will only fine you.
And also they tend to be a bit over demanding sometimes. Recently I'm listening to Mr Brown's podcast on the Singapore film, "Singapore Dreaming". I have yet to watch it and I'm dying to watch it. During the interview, the directors talks about the whole idea of this movie which they refer as what are your dreams actually, are they the things decided by the people/society and you have tried all your means to achieve them in which you reach to a point realising you missed out a whole good part of your life away. Is a sad thing, but living in Singapore even your dreams are being control by other people. Bo Bian, that's what all Singaporeans will like to say.
And also the Ang mos. OMFG. I don't know what's wrong about the speaking normal english in here. I mean what's the big deal about speaking perfect native language. Some people out there worships the ang mos just like their gods. I know they are big in everything, ranging from their size, to their height and to theirchee... ego i mean.
"Oh Lord, I'm not worthy to speak your language, please enlighten us with your knowledge."
God has the Bible and the ang mos have the dictonary!! And who are the ones that they tell us God exist? The ANG MOS!!! So who the fcuk define the perfect native language!!?? They are so many kinds of english out there in Singapore, the aussie, britishs, americans and the filipinos. So which is the 'prefect' one huh. Every people has their own defination of perfect. How the fcuk we know that maybe in some part of the world, they believe that Singaporeans speak perfect english. I can't recall any foreigner insulting us that we can't speak prefect english. The only ones that are kao bei kao bu-ing are none other than ourselves. What's wrong with our own people, yes we can't speak english with very good ang mo accent, we can't end words with -ize but at least we can pronouce fries and sprite properly right. You thought the americans english very good meh!? They also speak bad english de hor like the "yo yo" or the "bling bling" lor. You think the yo yo thingy can allow you to communicate meh!? I don't know what the fcuk is wrong with this country/society. And you thought that it is easy to put la, leh or hor in your speech meh. Try asking the ang mos to do that la.
But anyway i shall end it here. A word to everyone. If every one is different, then every standard will be different, every prefect will be different, every design will be different, every boyfriend will be different, every girlfriend will be different blar blar...

Manz this entry most certainly remind me of the story about the baby elephant who was chained to a piece of wood since young and grew up not being able to break the chain even when it has enough strength.
Somehow I can relate that to Singaporeans.
I think as long as we're clearly understood everywhere around the world for our English, it doesn't matter if we add in our Hokkien and Singlish elements. Who knows, these might turn into Italian slangs one day.

Since you asked, the story is really old, heard when I was in primary school manz.

i think if you can speak your mind comfortably with very good articulation, whichever language you use for conversing doesnt matter as long as the audience UNDERSTANDS the message.
My point is, english is the language that makes the world go round. Not american english, not british english, not singapore english, just english, the language.
